Thank you for shopping with ZELC Naturopathic's! We are proud to ship our natural supplements across Puerto Rico and all 50 states of the United States via USPS.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Puerto Rico: 3–5 business days
- United States (50 states): 5–10 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more! Orders below $75.00 may be subject to standard shipping rates at checkout.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Estimated delivery time is 10–21 business days.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at zelcnaturopathics@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier. ZELC Naturopathic's is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
